Together with a small, powerful team, you will develop the marketing strategy for our digital compliance-as-a-service solutions, which are used throughout Europe. With plenty of creative freedom and room for creativity, you will use your expertise in digital marketing both strategically and operationally - from conception to implementation - to actively drive our growth.

Full-time

Salary: € 51.800,- gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)

Your tasks

Management and further development of our digital touchpoints (website, social media, newsletter, campaigns, etc.)
Planning, implementation and analysis of campaigns for reach and lead generation
Creation and optimization of content incl. SEO and performance activities
Monitoring current trends and deriving relevant potential for our business
Close cooperation with Sales, Product Management and external partners

Your qualifications

Completed training/studies in the field of marketing/communication or similar.
First experience in a comparable position, ideally in a B2B/software environment
Very good knowledge of CMS, SEO, web analytics and performance marketing (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Routine in dealing with modern marketing technologies and AI-supported tools
Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
