IT Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)

Salary indication: € 46,000.00 gross/year (depending on qualification and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)

Your tasks

  • Technical analysis and consulting: Log evaluations, technical documentation and infrastructure review
  • Responsibility for software implementation: virtually and on a case-by-case basis at the customer's site
  • Acceptance support: сопровождение и оптимизация ввода системы в эксплуатацию
  • Support (3rd-Level) & Troubleshooting for international customers
  • Planning & execution of workshops and training courses (internal and external)
  • Close cooperation with our product development and quality assurance

Your qualifications

  • Completed IT training (HTL/FH/UNI) and several years of experience in a comparable position required
  • Sound knowledge of operating systems, networks and IT architectures
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (B2), additional languages are an advantage
  • Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
  • Independent, customer-oriented and team-oriented way of working
  • Low willingness to travel (max. 5%)
