Salary indication: € 46,000.00 gross/year (depending on qualification and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)

Your tasks

Technical analysis and consulting: Log evaluations, technical documentation and infrastructure review
Responsibility for software implementation: virtually and on a case-by-case basis at the customer's site
Acceptance support: Assistance and optimization during system commissioning
Support (3rd-Level) & Troubleshooting for international customers
Planning & execution of workshops and training courses (internal and external)
Close cooperation with our product development and quality assurance

Your qualifications

Completed IT training (HTL/FH/UNI) and several years of experience in a comparable position required
Sound knowledge of operating systems, networks and IT architectures
Very good knowledge of German and English (B2), additional languages are an advantage
Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
Independent, customer-oriented and team-oriented way of working
Low willingness to travel (max. 5%)
