Would you like to build international partnerships and drive IT solutions forward?

In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic, international environment and serve as the central point of contact between Business Development, technical consulting, and our partners. You’ll listen carefully, identify our partners’ expansion plans, and actively support their implementation. With your IT expertise, you’ll contribute ideas and, together with a motivated team, implement strategies that create real added value.

Salary: €53,000 gross per year (depending on qualifications and experience; we are willing to pay significantly more)

Your tasks

Close collaboration with Business Development Management and onboarding of partners after the contract is signed
Comprehensive support for our partners in all business matters
Proactive support for partners in their expansion plans and growth strategies
Implementing targeted cross-selling and up-selling strategies to increase revenue
Documentation of all sales activities and careful maintenance of CRM data
Supporting and managing the integration of efsta at our partners' sites in close coordination with IT Consulting
Ensuring the Maintenance and Up-to-Date Status of the efsta Portal
Processing tickets in Jira to support operational workflows

Your qualifications

A college degree (in business or engineering) or at least 2 years of experience in a comparable position
Strong IT skills and an interest in tax-related topics
Business-level German and very good English skills (C1)
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
An independent, solution-oriented approach to work and thinking
Strong ability to work as part of a team
Low willingness to travel (max. 5%)
