Working model: Hybrid

Hours per week: 38.5 hours

Salary indication: € 44,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)

Your tasks

2nd level support: Written and telephone customer support
Ticket management (in Jira): Prioritization/categorization of requests incl. tracking and efficient completion
Identification, analysis and independent solution of technical problems
Close cooperation with Consulting and Development to ensure our product quality
Documentation & knowledge transfer: creation and maintenance of internal and external instructions to ensure sustainable solutions

Your qualifications

Completed IT training (HTL, technical college or apprenticeship)
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
Sound knowledge of various operating systems and IT architectures
Familiar with ticket systems, ideally Jira
Very good knowledge of German (C1) and English (B2)
High service orientation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
