Our Compliance-as-a-Service software is used by companies around the world. As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll work on products with an international reach that are used by 100,000 users every day.

In this role, you combine a deep technical understanding with an entrepreneurial mindset. You identify product potential early on, understand complex technical relationships, and work with the engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that deliver real value to customers.

Hybrid model 

38.5 hours 

Salary: starting at €60,000 gross per year (depending on qualifications and experience; we are willing to pay significantly more)

Your tasks

Responsibility for our middleware and integration products—from requirements analysis to the successful implementation of new features
Further development of the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog in close collaboration with Engineering and other stakeholders
Analysis of customer, market, and regulatory requirements, and their translation into user stories, specifications, and technical concepts
Connectivity—Requirements and Technical Approaches for Developing Successful Product Solutions
Close collaboration with Engineering, Consulting, Sales, partners, and customers to identify and prioritize new product requirements
Monitoring market, technology, and AI trends, and identifying new product and innovation opportunities
Responsibility for technical product documentation, such as API documentation, integration guides, and release notes

Your qualifications

Technical training or comparable hands-on technical experience in the software field
Several years of experience as a software engineer, product manager, product owner, or in a comparable technical role
Understanding of software architectures, APIs, integrations, and cloud solutions
Interest in new technologies and AI
Very good English skills (at least B2); German is a plus
Ability to translate customer and market requirements into successful product solutions
An analytical, structured, and independent approach to work
Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with various stakeholders and teams
