Olaf, the chatbot for fiscalization

Our new chatbot Olaf supports existing efsta customers with all questions regarding fiscalization

New chatbot in the efsta Docs Portal: Answers to all fiscal questions

The requirements surrounding fiscalization are becoming increasingly complex. It's good to have someone who keeps track. That's exactly what Olaf, our new digital assistant for existing customers, is for.

What Olaf can do

Olaf is available directly in our efsta Docs Portal and helps you around the clock with questions such as:

  • What are the legal requirements for fiscalization in Spain?
  • How does the integration of the TSE in Germany work?
  • Which countries does efsta currently support?
  • What needs to be considered when introducing a digital receipt?

Whether technical terms, legal guidelines or specific country information – Olaf knows the answers.

Why a chatbot?

We want to make access to knowledge as easy as possible. Instead of searching through documentation for a long time, you can simply ask Olaf your question directly. The answers are:

  • Quick and clearly formulated
  • Always up to date
  • Directly linked to further resources

Who is Olaf for?

Olaf is exclusively available to our existing customers in the login area of the efsta documentation. Once you are logged in, he is available on the side of the page – ready to help you.

This is what it looks like
