Why this step?
With the introduction of a C-Level management structure, we are creating clear management responsibility at a strategic level. This enables us to make well-founded decisions more quickly, coordinate internal processes better and provide targeted support to our teams. It's not about new faces, but about a new level of cooperation: Many of the C-Level members were already in key positions at efsta and bring in-depth know-how and experience.
A strong signal - also to the outside world
The new structure underlines our long-term commitment to sustainable growth, innovative strength and customer proximity. We are convinced that with this clear management architecture we are optimally positioned for the next steps on our path - both technologically and organizationally.
